Access to and use of the web-based account inquiry service ("Investor Access") for B2B Bank Dealer Services constitutes your acceptance of and compliance with the Conditions of Use set out herein. Please take the time to review these conditions. If you do not accept them, please discontinue use of Investor Access. B2B Bank Dealer Services may change the Conditions of Use at any time without notice by updating this posting. You agree to review the Conditions of Use regularly and your continued access or use of Investor Access will mean that you agree to any changes.
B2B Bank Dealer Services includes B2B Bank Financial Services Inc., B2B Bank Securities Services Inc., and B2B Bank Intermediary Services Inc. B2B Bank Financial Services Inc. and B2B Bank Securities Services Inc. are members of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) and members of the Canadian Investor Protection Fund (CIPF). Web based account inquiry services
B2B Bank Dealer Services Investor Access provides on-line access to your account balances, investment holdings, transactions and tax information, along with copies of previously mailed account statements.

Investor Access is presented on an "as is" basis only; internet software or transmission problems may produce inaccurate or incomplete copies of information and materials that may be accessed and displayed on your computer.
B2B Bank Dealer Services does not warrant that Investor Access will be free from error or interruption. B2B Bank Dealer Services is not responsible for any damage of any nature, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential, in reliance on the information available on Investor Access, including, without limitation, any loss of use, loss of profit, loss of data, business interruption or any other loss or damage, whatever the form of action, and whether or not B2B Bank Dealer Services has been negligent.
This service is not intended to provide legal, accounting or tax advice and should not be relied upon in that regard.
B2B Bank Dealer Services is not responsible for unauthorized use or reproduction of any information contained in Investor Access.
Links in Investor Access to other sites or references to products, services or publications other than those of B2B Bank Dealer Services or their affiliates should not be construed as an endorsement or approval of such sites, products, services or publications by B2B Bank Dealer Services or their affiliates.
Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your User ID and password and ensuring that you are the only person using the User ID and password. You agree not to disclose your User ID and password to any other person including any employees of B2B Bank and B2B Bank Dealer Services. B2B Bank Dealer Services is not responsible for the unauthorized use of Investor Access by any other person with your User ID or password and B2B Bank Dealer Services is under no obligation to confirm the actual identity or authority of anyone using your User ID or password.
You agree to notify B2B Bank Dealer Services immediately upon becoming aware of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your User ID or password to gain access to Investor Access, or any breach in security involving your User ID or password.
Confidentiality
Investor Access is a secure service and communications within Investor Access are encrypted. Investor Access is not a secure medium for email communications because the email is not encrypted. Any confidential, proprietary or sensitive information which you transmit by means of Investor Access through email may be read and forwarded or copied by unauthorized persons.
Privacy Protection and Consent to use Personal Information
B2B Bank Dealer Services is committed to protecting the privacy of all client personal information that we collect and maintain in the course of carrying on our business whether over the internet or in more traditional ways. When you register to use Investor Access, you provide us with additional personal information and your access to and use of Investor Access constitutes your consent to such information being collected, held, used and disclosed by B2B Bank Dealer Services in the ways and for the purpose identified here. When you register to use Investor Access, you provide us with your
- user ID and password;
- phone number;
- email address; and
- personal information which you choose to provide, for example, your mother's maiden name ("Personal Registration Information").
B2B Bank Dealer Services collects this information and holds it in your client record, use it and, where necessary, disclose it for the following purposes:
- to grant access to Investor Access;
- to verify your identity as an Investor Access user;
- to record statistical information on your visit to Investor Access on an anonymous basis and use this information to improve Investor Access; and
- to restore your access to Investor Access in the event that you have forgotten your User ID or password.
B2B Bank Dealer Services may collect your information for the purposes identified in this notice from third parties such as your advisor/dealer, affiliates of the dealers comprising B2B Bank Dealer Services who represent that they have the right to disclose the information. B2B Bank Dealer Services may disclose your information for the purposes identified in this notice to your advisor/dealer, other companies in the B2B Bank Dealer Services Group of Companies but will not sell the information to anyone other than the B2B Bank Dealer Services dealers or their affiliates nor will we use your email address to send you additional product information.
